The NSF awarded grants for the NeuroNex program in 2017. This will be the first workshop dedicated exclusively to this research program. It brings together NeuroNex investigators and their colleagues to discuss research progress on innovative neurotechnologies including theoretical frameworks.

The Workshop will be held on November 7-8, 2018 at the Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter, the day after the Annual Meeting of the Society for Neuroscience in San Diego. It is organized by Edward Callaway and Terrence Sejnowski (Salk Institute) and will be coordinated by Mary Ellen Perry, a seasoned conference consultant.
