JOIN US TO LEARN ABOUT CUTTING EDGE RESEARCH
ON BIOLOGICAL RHYTHMS, EATING PATTERNS, AND HEALTH.

This WORKING AROUND THE CLOCK seminar will specifically focus on how to cope with shift work. Dr. Satchin Panda will open the event with a lecture on biological rhythms, shift work, and how not only what you eat, but also when you eat affects your health. For the second half of the program we will have a panel of researchers, doctors, and shift-workers from different fields to tell their stories of how they made their lives work on a shift-work schedule and answer any questions.
