Important Instructions for Registration

Please read this before registering for this meeting:

  • If your submission page resets when you press the “submit” button, your registration did NOT complete.
  • Once you have submitted your registration with payment (if applicable) you will receive an email confirmation within 10 minutes.
  • NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN E-MAIL CONFIRMATION, YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED.

  • The registration deadline is: July 17, 2020.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: 

  • Conference registrations with no housing If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, please kindly cancel your registration prior to July 21, 2020 by emailing events@salk.edu. The full amount minus a $50 administrative fee will be refunded. Please understand we are not able to provide a refund for any cancellations after July 21, 2020.     
  • Conference registration with housing If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, please kindly cancel your registration prior to July 7, 2020, by emailing events@salk.edu. The full amount minus a $50 administrative fee will be refunded.  Please understand we are not able to provide refunds for any cancellations after July 7, 2020.
  • Registration may be transferred to another individual; by emailing events@salk.edu no later than July 21, 2020.

PRICING

LOCAL
SoCal Registration with lunches $300.00 Must be a resident of Southern California. Includes meeting registration, abstract book (option of PDF or hard copy), and lunches. Does not include either breakfast or dinners.

SoCal Registration only $250.00 Must be a resident of Southern California. Includes meeting registration and abstract book (option of PDF or hard copy). Does NOT include ANY meals

SoCal Graduate Student Registration with lunches $200.00 Must be a resident of Southern California. Includes meeting registration, abstract book (option of PDF or hard copy), and lunches. Does not include breakfasts or dinners. Must fax or e­mail a letter from P.I. verifying student status

SoCal Registration, all meals $450.00 Must be a resident of Southern California. Includes meeting registration, abstract book (option of PDF or hard copy), plus meals starting the evening of June 23, 2020, and ending with the closing dinner on June 26, 2020

NON LOCAL
Grad Student Registration with housing $600.00 Includes meeting registration, abstract book (option of PDF or hard copy), single­ person housing at UCSD for the nights of June 23 – 26, 2020, plus meals starting the evening of June 23, 2020, and ending the evening of June 26, 2020. Meals and housing are for attendee only. If you want housing on June 22, 2020 or June 27, 2020, please inquire by e­mail at events@salk.edu.

Grad Student Registration, no housing $400.00 Includes meeting registration, abstract book (option of PDF or Hard­Copy), plus meals starting the evening of June 23, 2020, and ending the evening of June 26, 2020. Meals are for attendee only. For this rate, Grad Student must fax or e­mail letter from P.I. verifying student status

Academic & Corporate Registration with housing $950.00 Includes meeting registration, abstract book (option of PDF or hard copy), single ­person housing at UCSD for the nights of June 23 – 26, 2020, plus meals starting the evening of June 23, 2020, and ending the evening of June 26, 2020. Meals and housing are for attendee only. If you want housing on June 22, 2020 or June 27, 2020, please inquire by e­mail at events@salk.edu.
