Trolley Service
San Diego’s transit system has an expanded trolley Blue line that has a station very close to the Salk Institute, but it might be more convenient to take Uber or Lyft.
We recommend using the “Trip Planner” program on the SD transit system website (www.sdmts.com) to determine if this would be the best way to get to the Salk Institute.

- Credit/Debit is accepted at Trolley Ticket Machines ONLY
No change is available on Buses. Trolley Ticket Vending Machines can distribute a maximum of $5 in change.
