Pedmale \u548c Joanne Chory<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.salk.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Joanne-Chory_A2A7046eUlas-Pedmale0XC7032-2e.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u70b9\u51fb\u6b64\u5904<\/a> \u7528\u4e8e\u9ad8\u5206\u8fa8\u7387\u56fe\u50cf\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u56fe\u7247\uff1a\u7531\u8428\u514b\u751f\u7269\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u8fd9\u90e8\u65b0\u4f5c\u54c1\u98a0\u8986\u4e86\u8be5\u9886\u57df\u5148\u524d\u6301\u6709\u7684\u89c2\u5ff5\u3002\u4eba\u4eec\u5df2\u77e5\u690d\u7269\u4f1a\u901a\u8fc7\u6fc0\u6d3b\u4e00\u79cd\u540d\u4e3a\u751f\u957f\u7d20\u7684\u690d\u7269\u6fc0\u7d20\u6765\u5e94\u5bf9\u7ea2\u5149\u51cf\u5f31\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u4ee5\u8d85\u8d8a\u5468\u56f4\u7684\u690d\u7269\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u9996\u6b21\u8bc1\u660e\uff0c\u907f\u836b\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u4e00\u79cd\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u673a\u5236\u53d1\u751f\uff1a\u7ec6\u80de\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u9690\u82b1\u8272\u7d20\u4e0d\u662f\u6539\u53d8\u751f\u957f\u7d20\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u5f00\u542f\u4fc3\u8fdb\u7ec6\u80de\u751f\u957f\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u6765\u54cd\u5e94\u84dd\u5149\u51cf\u5f31\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e00\u53d1\u73b0\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u5b66\u4e60\u5982\u4f55\u4fee\u6539\u690d\u7269\u57fa\u56e0\u4ee5\u4f18\u5316\u751f\u957f\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u4fc3\u4f7f\u5927\u8c46\u6216\u756a\u8304\u4f5c\u7269\uff08\u4ee5\u51fa\u4e86\u540d\u5730\u5a07\u5ae9\u800c\u95fb\u540d\uff09\u5728\u62e5\u6324\u3001\u9634\u6697\u7684\u7530\u5730\u91cc\u4e5f\u80fd\u66f4\u5177\u4fb5\u7565\u6027\u5730\u751f\u957f\u5e76\u83b7\u5f97\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u4ea7\u91cf\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u56e2\u961f\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u91cd\u70b9\u662f\u9690\u8272\u7d20\uff0c\u4e00\u79cd\u5bf9\u84dd\u5149\u654f\u611f\u7684\u4f20\u611f\u5668\uff0c\u8d1f\u8d23\u544a\u8bc9\u690d\u7269\u4f55\u65f6\u751f\u957f\u548c\u4f55\u65f6\u5f00\u82b1\u3002\u9690\u8272\u7d20\u6700\u521d\u5728\u690d\u7269\u4e2d\u88ab\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u540e\u6765\u5728\u52a8\u7269\u4e2d\u4e5f\u88ab\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd\u751f\u7269\u4e2d\uff0c\u5b83\u90fd\u4e0e\u663c\u591c\u8282\u5f8b\uff08\u751f\u7269\u949f\uff09\u6709\u5173\u3002\u8be5\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u611f\u77e5\u84dd\u5149\u8017\u7aed\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u5df2\u7ecf\u4e3a\u4eba\u6240\u77e5\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u662f\u9996\u6b21\u63ed\u793a\u9690\u8272\u7d20\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u906e\u853d\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u4fc3\u8fdb\u751f\u957f\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u56e2\u961f\u653e\u7f6e\u4e86\u6b63\u5e38\u548c\u7a81\u53d8\u4f53 <em>\u62df\u5357\u82a5<\/em> \u5728\u84dd\u5149\u53d7\u9650\u7684\u5149\u63a7\u5ba4\u5185\u8fdb\u884c\u690d\u7269\u5b9e\u9a8c\u3002\u7a81\u53d8\u4f53\u690d\u682a\u8981\u4e48\u7f3a\u4e4f\u9690\u8272\u8d28\uff0c\u8981\u4e48\u7f3a\u4e4fPIF\u8f6c\u5f55\u56e0\u5b50\uff0cPIF\u662f\u4e00\u7c7b\u7ed3\u5408DNA\u6765\u63a7\u5236\u57fa\u56e0\u5f00\u542f\u6216\u5173\u95ed\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u3002PIFs\u901a\u5e38\u4e0e\u79f0\u4e3a\u5149\u654f\u7d20\u7684\u7ea2\u5149\u611f\u53d7\u5668\u76f4\u63a5\u63a5\u89e6\uff0c\u4ee5\u542f\u52a8\u907f\u836b\u751f\u957f\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u5458\u901a\u8fc7\u76d1\u6d4b\u830e\u7684\u751f\u957f\u901f\u7387\u4ee5\u53ca\u9690\u8272\u8d28\u3001PIF\u548c\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u63a5\u89e6\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u6bd4\u8f83\u4e86\u7a81\u53d8\u4f53\u548c\u6b63\u5e38\u690d\u7269\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u84dd\u5149\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u7684\u53cd\u5e94\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u53d1\u73b0\u9690\u8272\u6c28\u9178\u86cb\u767d\u5728 DNA \u4e0a\u4e0e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8f6c\u5f55\u56e0\u5b50\u63a5\u89e6\uff0c\u6fc0\u6d3b\u4e0e\u5176\u5b83\u611f\u5149\u4f53\u6fc0\u6d3b\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u201d\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u4f5c\u8005\u3001Salk \u7814\u7a76\u5458 Ullas Pedmale \u8bf4\u3002\u201c\u8fd9\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u6761\u975e\u5e38\u77ed\u7684\u901a\u8def\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u690d\u7269\u80fd\u591f\u5bf9\u5176\u5149\u7167\u73af\u5883\u505a\u51fa\u5feb\u901f\u54cd\u5e94\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u9879\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b65\u662f\u4e86\u89e3\u5982\u4f55\u63a7\u5236\u751f\u957f\u53cd\u5e94\u3002\u201c\u6700\u7ec8\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u6539\u53d8\u690d\u7269\u51fa\u53f6\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u3001\u53f6\u7247\u751f\u957f\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\u4ee5\u53ca\u53f6\u7247\u76f8\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5f7c\u6b64\u548c\u830e\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\uff0c\u6765\u5e2e\u52a9\u519c\u6c11\u79cd\u690d\u975e\u5e38\u5bc6\u96c6\u7684\u4f5c\u7269\u3002\u8fd9\u5c06\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u5728\u672a\u6765\u51e0\u4ee3\u4f5c\u7269\u4e2d\u63d0\u9ad8\u4ea7\u91cf\uff0c\u201dChory \u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5979\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u662f\u970d\u534e\u5fb7\u00b7\u4f11\u65af\u533b\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5458\uff0c\u5e76\u62c5\u4efb\u970d\u534e\u5fb7\u00b7H\u00b7\u548c\u739b\u4e3d\u4e9a\u59c6\u00b7R\u00b7\u7ebd\u66fc\u690d\u7269\u751f\u7269\u5b66\u8bb2\u5e2d\u6559\u6388\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u906e\u836b\u9003\u907f\u548c\u690d\u7269\u5bf9\u6e29\u5ea6\u5347\u9ad8\u7684\u53cd\u5e94\u770b\u8d77\u6765\u76f8\u4f3c\uff0c\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\u5b83\u4eec\u5171\u4eab\u8bb8\u591a\u5171\u540c\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u6210\u5206\uff0c\u201dPedmale
