\u5df2\u83b7\u5f972021\u5e74ASPIRE\uff08\u52a0\u901f\u79d1\u5b66\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0e\u521b\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\uff09\u5956\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u7814\u7a76\u80f0\u817a\u764c\u7684\u7ec6\u80de\u548c\u5206\u5b50\u9a71\u52a8\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u80f0\u817a\u764c\u662f\u6700\u81f4\u547d\u7684\u764c\u75c7\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u6cbb\u7597\u9009\u62e9\u5f88\u5c11\u3002$250,000\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u5956\u91d1\u7531Mark\u764c\u75c7\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u8d44\u52a9\uff0c\u8be5\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u652f\u6301\u65e8\u5728\u89e3\u51b3\u764c\u75c7\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5f71\u54cd\u6df1\u8fdc\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u521b\u65b0\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u5165\u90092021\u5e74ASPIRE\u9879\u76ee\u768423\u4f4d\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u4ee3\u8868\u4e86\u4e16\u754c\u9876\u5c16\u5b66\u672f\u673a\u6784\u764c\u75c7\u7814\u7a76\u9886\u57df\u7684\u5404\u4e2a\u5b66\u79d1\u3002. \u7528\u4e8e\u9ad8\u5206\u8fa8\u7387\u56fe\u50cf\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u7248\u6743\uff1a\u8428\u514b\u7814\u7a76\u6240<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201c\u5728ASPIRE\u5956\u7684\u652f\u6301\u4e0b\uff0cRon\u548cDannie\u5c06\u91c7\u7528\u4e00\u79cd\u521b\u65b0\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u6765\u63ed\u793a\u9a71\u52a8\u80f0\u817a\u764c\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u201d\u7d22\u5c14\u514b\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u6240\u957f\u8bf4\u3002 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salk.edu\/zh\/scientist\/rusty-gage\/\">\u9c81\u65af\u8482\u00b7\u76d6\u5947<\/a>. \u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6709\u671b\u4e3a\u80f0\u817a\u764c\u7814\u7a76\u5f00\u8f9f\u65b0\u9014\u5f84\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u60a3\u8005\u5e26\u6765\u65b0\u7684\u3001\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u201c<\/p>\n<p>\u80f0\u817a\u764c\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u80f0\u817a\u5bfc\u7ba1\u817a\u764c\uff0c\u662f\u7f8e\u56fd\u764c\u75c7\u76f8\u5173\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u7b2c\u4e09\u5927\u539f\u56e0\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u80c6\u6c41\u9178\uff08\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u6d88\u5316\u8102\u80aa\uff09\u6c34\u5e73\u5f02\u5e38\u5728\u80f0\u817a\u764c\u4e2d\u5f88\u5e38\u89c1\uff0c\u4f46\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u4eec\u5c1a\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u5176\u610f\u4e49\u3002Evans \u548c Engle \u6b64\u524d\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u7cd6 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salk.edu\/zh\/news-release\/sugars-that-coat-proteins-are-a-possible-drug-target-for-pancreatitis\/\">CA19-9 \u5f15\u8d77\u80f0\u817a\u708e<\/a>, \u80f0\u817a\u764c\u7684\u764c\u524d\u75c5\u53d8\u3002CA19-9 \u5728\u80c6\u6c41\u9178\u4fe1\u53f7\u4f20\u5bfc\u4e2d\u4e5f\u8d77\u7740\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\u8fd9\u79cd\u673a\u5236\u53ef\u80fd\u9a71\u52a8\u80f0\u817a\u708e\u53d1\u5c55\u4e3a\u80f0\u817a\u764c\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u9879\u76ee\u4e2d\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u56e2\u961f\u5c06\u4f7f\u7528\u809d\u810f\u548c\u80f0\u817a\u7c7b\u5668\u5b98\uff0c\u5373\u57f9\u517b\u76bf\u4e2d\u6a21\u4eff\u5176\u6765\u6e90\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u7ec6\u80de\u4e09\u7ef4\u7c07\uff0c\u4ee5\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u7406\u89e3 CA19-9 \u548c\u80c6\u6c41\u9178\u5982\u4f55\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u4ee5\u4fc3\u8fdb\u80bf\u7624\u751f\u957f\u7684\u7ec6\u80de\u548c\u5206\u5b50\u57fa\u7840\u3002Evans \u548c Engle \u8ba4\u4e3a\u8fd9\u9879\u5de5\u4f5c\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u5f00\u53d1\u65b0\u7684\u80f0\u817a\u764c\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u80c3\u80a0\u9053\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u7597\u6cd5\u3002.
