\u5728\u521b\u7acb ValStone \u4e4b\u524d\uff0cJennings \u4e8e 1987 \u5e74\u81f3 1994 \u5e74\u62c5\u4efb Legg Mason \u516c\u5171\u8d22\u653f\u6295\u8d44\u94f6\u884c\u4e1a\u52a1\u90e8\u7684\u8054\u5408\u4e3b\u7ba1\uff0c\u5e76\u4e8e 1995 \u5e74\u81f3 2001 \u5e74\u521b\u7acb\u4e86 Carnegie Morgan Partners \u5e76\u62c5\u4efb\u5176\u521b\u59cb\u4eba\u517c\u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5e02\u653f\u91d1\u878d\u4e13\u5bb6\uff0c\u4ed6\u66fe\u4e3a\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e00\u4e9b\u6700\u5927\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u673a\u6784\u6267\u884c\u5e76\u5c31\u8d85\u8fc7 $100 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u5e02\u653f\u4ea4\u6613\u63d0\u4f9b\u54a8\u8be2\uff0c\u91cd\u70b9\u5173\u6ce8\u56f0\u5883\u5c40\u9762\u3002.<\/p>\n

\u5728\u52a0\u5165 BioMed Realty \u4e4b\u524d\uff0cSchoen \u4e8e 2006 \u5e74\u81f3 2011 \u5e74\u5728 Healthpeak \u62c5\u4efb\u8fc7\u5404\u79cd\u9ad8\u7ba1\u804c\u4f4d\uff0c\u5e76\u4e8e 2011 \u5e74\u81f3 2016 \u5e74\u62c5\u4efb\u6267\u884c\u526f\u603b\u88c1\u517c\u9996\u5e2d\u8d22\u52a1\u5b98\u3002\u5728\u52a0\u5165 Healthpeak \u4e4b\u524d\uff0cSchoen \u5728 Kilroy Realty Corporation \u62c5\u4efb\u4e86\u4e5d\u5e74\u516c\u53f8\u8d22\u52a1\u526f\u603b\u88c1\u3002.<\/p>\n
