El acceso a las instalaciones debe ser coordinado con anticipaci\u00f3n y aprobado por el STEM Core. <\/p><p>\r\n\r\n<strong>Condiciones de Uso<\/strong><\/p><p>\r\n1) El Director del N\u00facleo debe primero aprobar todas las nuevas l\u00edneas celulares que se introduzcan en la instalaci\u00f3n, incluyendo cultivos celulares tanto vivos como congelados, tanto de fuentes comerciales como acad\u00e9micas. Todas las l\u00edneas celulares nuevas y aprobadas se cultivar\u00e1n en condiciones de cuarentena hasta que hayan dado negativo en micoplasma en 2 pruebas consecutivas.<\/p><p>\r\n2) Todos los nuevos usuarios de STEM Core deben ser aprobados y pasar por una breve orientaci\u00f3n con el Director del Core o el Gerente del Laboratorio. <\/p><p>\r\n3) No traiga reactivos, suministros o materiales previamente abiertos de otros laboratorios a las instalaciones. En algunas instancias esto puede ser necesario, pero primero debe ser aprobado por el Director del N\u00facleo. Se pueden traer a las instalaciones medios y materiales de cultivo celular sin abrir, directamente del proveedor. <\/p><p>\r\n\r\n<strong>Aprobaciones del SCRO, capacitaci\u00f3n en \u00e9tica y MTAs:<\/strong><\/p><p>\r\nCualquier investigaci\u00f3n que involucre c\u00e9lulas madre pluripotentes humanas en el Salk Institute requerir\u00e1:<br \/>\r\nun protocolo aprobado por el SCRO y <br \/>\r\n(2) capacitaci\u00f3n en \u00e9tica para los investigadores y el investigador principal involucrados en los experimentos.<\/p><p>\r\nPor favor consulta el <a href=\"https:\/\/salkland.salk.edu\/Interact\/Pages\/Section\/Default.aspx?Section=4340\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sitio web de SCRO<\/a> para obtener informaci\u00f3n sobre el cumplimiento de estos requisitos.
