bulk RNA and DNA sequencing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Illumina Stranded mRNA library<\/li>\n<li>Illumina Total RNA-Seq library<\/li>\n<li>Nextera XT\/Flex DNA Library<\/li>\n<li>NEB ChIP-Seq library prep<\/li>\n<li>Takara Ultra-Low input RNA-Seq cDNA Prep<\/li>\n<li>PCR-free sample Prep<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2) Library preparation for single-cell\/nuclei sequencing (reserved for local awardees)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">We provide the following 10x Genomics library prep services for single-cell and single-nuclei sequencing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Single-cell 3\u2019 v3.1<\/li>\n<li>Single-cell ATAC<\/li>\n<li>Single-cell Multiome<\/li>\n<li>Single-cell 5\u2019 VDJ v2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3) Next-Gen sequencing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">We provide a broad range of sequencing services by using the following Illumina sequencers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>NovaSeq 6000<\/li>\n<li>NextSeq 2000<\/li>\n<li>MiniSeq<\/li>\n<li>MiSeq<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4) Digital gene expression with the nCounter MAX<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">We provide robust digital gene expression assays for low quantity and\/or degraded RNA samples by using the nanoString <a href=\"https:\/\/nanostring.com\/products\/ncounter-analysis-system\/ncounter-systems-overview\/?utm_source=google&amp;utm_medium=paidsearch&amp;utm_campaign=dynamic&amp;utm_id=NSTG_DynamicSearch&amp;gad=1&amp;gclid=CjwKCAjwxr2iBhBJEiwAdXECw7wFzBzxrcn4DO6uLrT0DSn-mEirupKGjHi30eD9SKxCHC3xNHoQbRoCFDUQAvD_BwE\">nCounter MAX Analysis system<\/a> along with <a href=\"https:\/\/nanostring.com\/products\/ncounter-assays-panels\/\">gene panels<\/a> that can target up to 800 genes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5) Whole tissue spatial
