Eine genauere Untersuchung ergab, dass die Milch von PPAR\u03b3-defizienten M\u00e4usen hohe Konzentrationen toxischer Fetts\u00e4uren enthielt, die eine Entz\u00fcndungsreaktion in der Haut s\u00e4ugender Welpen ausl\u00f6sten.
