Peptide Synthesis Core Facility

  • Three scales of synthesis are available (0.1, 0.3 or 0.5 mmole)
  • Incorporation of non-conventional or modified amino acids (phospho-, acetylated) as well as N terminal modifications (acetylation biotinyalation) are possible.
  • As sythesized, most peptides will be 80+% pure; longer peptides will be less pure.
  • HPLC characterization and purification in addition to Mass spec analysis are available through the Mass spec core.
