Full Service:

Submit the following on Monday before 10 a.m. for processing in the same week:

• An agarose gel picture showing the 28S and 18S of the total RNA.
• A260/A280 ratio in water between 1.8 and 2.0.
• 300 ng of total RNA in 3 µl water in 0.2 ml PCR tube strips.
• The arrays.

If you wish to use Bioanalyzer to check the quality of the RNA, please email (ouyang@salk.edu) to set up the run time. Core only stock RNA nano chip which can take 12 samples. You will need to provide all other kits and chips when request a Bioanalyzer run.

Basic Service:

Submit the following by Wednesday 12 p.m. for processing the following day:

• Samples in hybridization cocktail in 1.5 ml Eppendorf tubes.
• The arrays.
