Service Procedure
- Email Core (ouyang@salk.edu) the GeneChip application form.
- You will receive an email with an assigned date to submit the samples. Please read the guideline, and bring your samples, arrays and the proof of RNA quality.
- You will be notified by email when the data is ready to be pick up. Turn around time is usually within one week for full service and next day for basic service but may vary depending on the number of the samples received.
- A DVD will be given to you with requested files.
